Is my institute’s data private?
Yes. Your tests, materials, students and results are isolated to your institute and never appear on public JEEnify. Your institute content is yours alone.
Can I print papers with my logo?
Yes. Every generated test can be printed with your institute’s logo, name, max marks, marking scheme and instructions — or run digitally in the exam interface.
How are tests scored and ranked?
Automatically. Scores and leaderboards are generated the moment a student submits — with per-student, per-question analysis including time spent on each question.
Do students need to install anything?
No. JEEnify runs in any browser on mobile and desktop, and can be installed as an app for a native-like experience.
Can I sell my courses? Who receives the money?
Yes — institutes, schools and individual teachers alike. Students pay you directly by UPI, bank transfer or your own payment gateway, and the fee goes straight to your account; JEEnify never holds your money. Receipts are issued in your name.

Is JEEnify an LMS or a tuition app?
It is the testing, practice and course-selling side of your institute: question papers, online exams, study material, recorded video lessons, notices, results and fees. There are no live classes inside JEEnify; you can upload recordings of the classes you teach.

Can I stop students taking tests from home?
Yes. Access Restrictions let you allow only your campus internet connection — for tests or for the whole portal — and add a start PIN you announce in the exam hall. Admins are never locked out.
Can my teachers have their own logins?
Yes. Faculty get their own logins and manage tests for their own batches. How many staff you can add depends on your plan.
Can I add video solutions to my tests?
Yes. Attach a video to a whole paper or to single questions — a YouTube link or your own uploaded video — and students watch it with the solutions once you release results.
How much does it cost?
Plans are fixed and published, priced by batch size: up to 25 students, up to 100 students, 101–500 students. Each is sold as a 12-month licence, or as a 6-month plan that runs until May 2027. Every plan and its price is on our institute pricing page.
